[R-390] Ugly R390, with a capital ug - CV-116 too

It still might be had for cheap, then of course add meters and take care of
the cosmetics as desired.

I noticed the seller also has a CV-116 dual IF to FSK converter listed with
no bids so far which surprised me a bit. Of course it's huge for something
that basically decodes mark and space pulses and of course it's very heavy
(I know because one followed me home from Dayton one year).  However it is
high on the Boatanchor Coolness Factor scale; it's got lots of meters and
tubes, and each of the dual discriminators has a motor-tuned AFC loop with
the little spinning tuning indicator wheel on the front panel. It's motor
drive circuits, drag-cup rotor style motors, and reduction drives are very
similar to those used in the CV-157 demodulator and would probably work well
as replacement parts. No relationship to seller, just an FYI to list.
