[R-390] Signal Amplifier Needed

A quick look at the schematic for the GR1001A reveals the 2V output is not
on all the time; however, it is much easier to switch to it to get the
counter's reading and then back to the attenuated output for the "real"
signal.  A lot easier than building an amp.
