[R-390] r-390a power transformers

I tried posting this message earlier but it must have gotten lost in cyber 
space. Before trashing your power transformer do to a shorted out winding, 
chisel off the back plate and remove the potting near the high voltage 
feed-thru. my unit had carbon tracked through the potting tar to case ground 
at the entrance to the small porcelain tube. The fix is easy by removing the 
tube and installing good hook-up wire in its place. Replace the tar.
