Hi
Well we also turned an awful lot of stuff directly over to the ARVN
when we left. I'm not sure how much or in what condition. Certainly you
can find reports from travelers over there that talk about all kinds of
gear still running around in one shape or another.
Of course the victors may have converted everything they found into
Coke cans. They were not all that fond of the masses having radios that
would tune the world ....
