[R-390] PASSWORD THIS DOES HELP I WANT OFF THISCRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GM list.  I just got up to find several emails like this one.  Apparently
someone is posing as me and asking how to get off the list.  I've only
posted 3 times in the last week and its been months since I have posted.
Amazing, simply amazing!!  I see someone else has gotten a similar email.
I'll just simply hit the "delete button" from this point.  Bob are you the
list owner - if you could look in the properties of the requesting email and
see if it indicates the owner - thanks.  Sorry list, it was not me who
requested the info.  It takes time and energy to alter an email and pose as
someone else.....
