[R-390] Racal RA17L repairs

Hi

There is a Racal list you might want to try as well. It's only had four 
posts in the last month so that may not be real solution .... They 
don't have much humor over there either ....

What seems to be the matter with the radio? Maybe between the bunch of 
us here we can figure it out. Since the RA17 was a direct competitor to 
the 390 it's close enough to being on topic. It's certainly closer than 
the keilbasa thread ...
