[R-390]SP-600 trade for R-390A?

	I surrender on the ballast tube thread.

	I am working with a LOCAL ona the R-390A / SP-600 trade.

	It is a Navy model.  It DOES NOT have the crystal selector in the upper 
right corner.  That's fine with me, as I don't have ANY desire to sit on 
one freq anyway.
