[R-390] Ballast Tube Thread

Hi

I don't know about the record for the longest Ballast Tube Thread but I 
think we probably have set a new record for the most absurd Ballast 
tube thread not mentioning solid state replacement ballasts. We are 
also closing in on the record in the unlimited category.
