Hi

Lutefisk is on the officially approved cleaning compound list. It's 
absolutely amazing just how well it works. The process is fairly simple 
as well

Simply threaten to brew up a batch (often simply knowing where to get 
some is adequate).  People will come from all over the neighborhood 
trying to convince you not to (this is especially true of those down 
wind of your kitchen ...) Once they show up let them clean up your 
R-390 while you're talking ....
