[R-390] Ballastubes

Group,

    Probably a LOT wiser to simply use bare copper solid wire.

    Don't know what resistance properties in the varied chrome processes.

    I've been chewing over doing this and saving my ballast tubes for 
whenever they  (The R-390As AND I) finally leave THIS QTH.
