It has been some 20 years since my meteorology classes, but I think that
when the temp and dewpoint are within 6 degrees of each other you have
high humidity. Within 3 degrees, depending mostly on light winds, you
start to have fog. Joined temp and dewpoint is 100% humidity. It ain't
that humid down here in Alabama.
