[R-390] Intial Power up ofa R30A Radio

              Hi Roger, from the pictures you posted the radio appears to be 
missing many tubes. Were they just removed for testing when you took the 
pictures? It looks like all the botom deck tubes are missing and many topside tubes 
including the ballast tube are not there? How did you check the ballast tube?
