[R-390] R-392 PTO output level?

What is the output level of the R-392 PTO supposed to be, and is it about
the same as the R-390/391/390-A PTO?

I'm aligning a 392, and found that the PTO is drifting, so when I put a
scope on the output, the signal looks noisy and weak (<10mv or so).
