Not sure I understand the problem... You can adjust the calibration so that 
it reads OK on the 10 Mhz band, for example, but then it's off when you change 
to another band?   Can't you recalibrate on that band?   Is the calibration 
good across a band once it is calibrated?   It seems strange that you could 
change out most of the oscillators and still have a problem.    Please describe in 
more detail.
