[R-390] BBOD leakage

Although I realize that even if it is still "good", a BBOD should be
replaced if one has the opportunity, before it fails; what leakage current
is considered "acceptable" for a .01uF, 300v BBOD tested at 300v? A .1uF,
300v? Yes, it depends on the circuit in which it is used, but can someone
quote how a new one would have tested 40 years ago?
Thanks!
