[R-390] R-388 Info

Welcome to the R-390 list, Bud.  Such a dilemma!  My advice is get them
both, set both up and take each for a long test drive.   
Then, if you can bear to part with one, do so.  But keep an eye out for an
R-390A, too.  The R-388 has the most in common with the R-390 series
receivers.  

Direct replies leaves out the other 600 or so subscribers who might like to
listen in - that is why we are all assembled here on the list.
