[R-390] 390() vs 390(A)

Foolish enuff?? Them's fightin' words!!

Actually, I must admit I don't find much use for mine in the 
auto-channel select mode, but what is the sense in having one if you 
don't use it occasionally? Pass it on to someone who will appreciate it 
and get a plain R-390.
