[R-390] ballast tubes

I notice according to Amperite website's  section on Amperite Ballast tubes<http://www.amperite.com/Uploads/Ballasts.pdf> (PDF) they still have the following ballast tubes in stock.
3TF7, 3TF7A, 3TF7B, 3TF7H.  There was another site I have not  re discovered which is devoted to the restoration of tube
type guitar amp's.  Many of these amp's used ballast tubes.  One of the sites had the calculations for a substitution using an small 
incandescent light bulb and a resister for the a ballast tube. I am still looking......
