Walter provides details on rebuilding C603 and C606. I have used his 
procedure with a few minor changes. I drill and tap for a 2-56 screw. I use 
stainless screws rather than brass to mount a solder lug to the original 
aluminum post. The caps are soldered to the lug. Works fine for me.

I have used variations of Walters procedure on other radio restorations.
