[R-390] Dead Line Level Meter

A couple of weeks ago I asked if anyone was able to "unleash" a line meter
to replace a dead one I had.  I wanted to thank all who responded, with
advice on how to tackle possible repairs.  It was the meter...it was "open".
One kind lister is supplying me with a replacement.  I will put the old one
away, to be opened when the next one goes south or till my poor, long
suffering wife has to peddle all my "junk" in my estate sale!
