[R-390] FS: R-390(*) Frequency Display Covert Covers

$30 ain't bad, I've seen them listed on Epay at various times
with ending bids of nearly $50 or more. Bleh! Folks used to just
toss these in the trash as being "useless". I already have at least
one, and that is installed on a radio.
