[R-390] R-390A mounting position

Joe,

If what you have is an "R-390 non-A" then I strongly suggest you mount a 
fan next to the 8082 voltage regulator tubes.

If what you have is an R-390A, then don't bother beyond leaving space for 
air circulation.  The 45 degree angle won't matter at all.
