[R-390] Lacquer Stick/Pen

Let me retract my reply. I *did* find a lacquer pen, but I wasn't sure it
was the kind I've heard discussed. I was thinking the pens were more of a
fine-tipped instrument and these appeared to be a rather large, crayon-like,
tip. Is this what is commonly used?
