The URM-25 (I have a "D") is OK, but hands down the 8640B is at the 
top of my personal "best affordable siggen" list. Mine has Options 
1, 2, and 3, and it is an absolute mainstay here, along with the Tek 
465B scope and the Fluke counter. 

Now I gotta get some more Good Stuff.
