[R-390] Half moon guard?

Yep, my PH-56 has a nice, shiny half moon too. I feel the same about it. My
MC Change knob has a peace sign scratched into the thick paint. I didn't
notice that for a long time, but I would never think repainting it either.
This radio has the ASA sticker on the back. What a history this radio must
have.
