[R-390] any good frequencies?

Same thing here. Later, I did hear 2 males chatting and music. It was a
different format.

I did hear suspected R. Kuwait that came up at 0500U. It was a very weak
signal on 15.110. I was hoping for the English bcst. I'll be on 11.990 at
1800U for the next scheduled bcsts.
