Kenneth,

They are very loud here at 0150U on 9.715, which is outside of the schedule
listed on milaircomms. Mentions of Kuwait and propaganda.

I found these listed:

Air Force bcst  689, 756, 9715, 11292, from 1500-2000 UTC.

R. Kuwait in English: 15.110 from 05-0800 UTC. Reported that bcst was
advising what to do if attacked with chemical or biological weapons. Heard
in the US. Also, 11.990 from 1800-2100 UTC.
