[R-390] any good frequencies?

VERY strong signal.  (Huh, they said, cuente (veinte) minutos, (twenty
minutes until the deadline) then more "whatever" it sounds Slavic (Russian?)
I know they are broadcasting from a plane at ??? feet, but this is really
strong and HF condx are terrible.  I just gave up on a 20M sked with
California.
But I hear Saddam, Iraq, Kuwait and other key words, so this must be the
place.
