[R-390] Low sensitivity on 3 mhz

Hello again R-390A fans,
We are still working on Tom's R390A and have the following Information.

The 3 mhz band has low deflection and sensitivity for the calibrator signal
or an input from a signal generator.  The real kicker is that it seems very
sensitive when we hook up an antenna and listen to 75 meters.  We get
carrier readings in excess of 80.

The 4 to 5 mhz band has to have the band switch off center a bit and
actually out of the detent.

We replaced cans T-203 and the two Z203's

We replaced the crystal and the 20mhz band is working just fine.
We replaced HR 202
We replaced C-252 and C-279 with silver micas

Any thoughts on why the sensitivity appears low on the 3mhz band would be
appreciated.
