All of the text can be searched using ^F/^G,
and Y2KR2 has a full table of contents in the
Bookmarks section of the navigation pane.
(N.B.: I'm using Acrobat Reader 4.0 under W98.)
If you mean something other than that, I don't
know what it could be.  Regular expressions
or all/any/exact with a display of hits, I
suppose, but that's for Adobe to do, not us.
