[R-390] Spot

I have the good fortune to own both the R390 and the R390A version .There are some reasons for using the non A nomenclature .Any one ever order or swap for R390 regulator tubes and end up with a suprise?Most of us know better ,some perhaps are just learning the Radio.As for the humor I think it is indespensible these days as long as no one takes any sheep shots.I also feel that this list is a very valuable place to learn about other recieving methods.I have a SP600 that enhances some of my R390 endeavors.I enjoy knowing what othes are doing.Well back to lurking. 73 Gregory Mengell
