Barry,
"Ukkumpucky" is the same in Spanish and English.
But since we are being so bloody proper these days, you might want to use the 
proper phrase " the dreaded black ukkumpucky" . 
This will avoid confusion between the R-390A ukkumpucky and R-390 nonA 
ukkumpucky.
