[R-390] 390 non

Friends,

Thought I would put a quick post about my 390. Some
of you will recall that it has gone inoperable on me,
and I am not- - NOT going to do the tech on it..I did
most of a 390a for nothing it seems, and I just want
this one to work. I don't intend to work ON it
again...
(It just sits in the closet, looking at me whenever I
walk in...)I don't WANT to learn the 390..I just want
to USE it...like I did so many years ago...How long
has it NOT operated?  About a year and a half....

Prior to May, I can drive it to you to repair for me,
and pick it up as far away as Tallahassee to
Pensacola...To Atlanta. (Or even Mobile or N.O. for
that matter) I shipped so much stuff, I am SICK OF
SHIPPING...

In arnd. May and beyond I can drive it most anywhere
in a west of Atlanta situation.almost to the west
coast..(That way you have to pack and ship it to me, 
not "vicy versa") and:

No.! I am not ready to sell it cheap yet..(It was
completely rebuilt less than two years ago..after all,
and I want it to WORK...)

Miss You All, Just don't feel like doin radio anymore
now..

Oh Yeah....I use the SP600 a kind soul on the list
sold me...It always works...(But NEVER as well as the
390 used to...)  Oh  well....
