[R-390] T-368 Pricing Help

Hello,
I have come across a T368 that may be coming up for purchase. I would like to 
be in the ballpark for an offer to get the owner interested. Seems to be all 
there. Paint has been touched up in many spots so it is in no way 
"excellent," "good" might be a closer description. All knobs there, two out 
of three meters are matching. Has been in storage for a few years but was 
used before that.
