[R-390] micro switch fixed

Right-o!

Scott has been transmogrified.  Beyond rookie, knob-twister, tube jockey ...
Once you drop an R-390(A) panel, there's no turning back.  Can a full gear
train teardown be far behind?

Willing to bet that within six months to a year, some pilgrim will come
along posting "Hey guys, my radio won't shut off !".  Within 10 minutes,
Scott will be on the 'net with the answer.

Speaking of R-391's, hope to have the HSN autotune edition out in a month or
two, so he'll be able to rebuild one of those too.
