Aw,_c'm'on_! It's only about 170 pounds. I'm a 160-pound wimp, and
I was lifting 200 pounds when I was 16 years old and weighed 125. 

So were some of the guuuurrrrrrrrrrllllsssssss.  ;=)

I grant you, I'm not about to curl them, or press them, but if you 
can get 'em on my back, suitably padded, I can still give you a 
dozen squats.
