[R-390] To Non or not to Non (was Hi)

For my two cents worth:

    The use of R-390 non A and R-390A  is fine.

    Also the use of R-390/URR or R-390A/URR is also fine.

    There are significant differences between them, and some sort of 
differentiation is definitely needed.

However, all said and done, I believe the proverbial horse has been long 
dead.
