[R-390] PTO endpoints

Jim, I did about the same things you've done when I got my 390a and Cosmos. I ended up opening the pto and taking a turn off the coil - mine was about 8 khz long before I opened it. I don't know if I
would have done it for 1.5 khz. George Rancourt convinced me to go ahead and dig into the pto and I never regretted doing it. This gadget is worth exploring if that's your cup of tea. There were
detailed photos online of the insides of the unit which were very helpful. It's worked well for me since, Dan.
