Forget it.  You are going to have to put it in the radio and
set it.  Even if I set my PTO at a certain value and shipped it
to you it would not be aligned to your set.  It is very easy to 
do with a frequency counter, but in a bind you can set the PTO
by shooting for maximum output when tuned to a local station.
