[R-390] 100Khz calibrator and alignment

I disagree with that, Dave.

A 50 ohm signal generator gives better results than the internal calibrator. 
I'm not smart enough to figure this out on my own, Chuck Rippel turned me onto
it.  I tried it and it was in fact true.

I avoid the calibrator alignment now.
