The problems we had with Aluminium wiring was not so much the fault of the
aluminium but the alloy and how it was installed. It was always considered
a cheap replacement for copper wire and there in was the problem if
aluminium is installed correctly with a proper service box, wall plugs and
switchs it's ok. If done properly it isn't cheaper then
copper.
