[R-390] Dial Lamps

At the rate I've been using my R390A (or any radio gear for that matter) these days, my 328's will potentially last forever so I don't really need to worry about this...sigh...

Aside from the RFI issue, I was thinking someone made direct replacements; the dropping resistor is built into the unit.  Was I mistaken?  Perhaps not the 328?
