[R-390] Electrolytics

Greetings group...

That works as well...the thing to remember is that you need to electrically
remove the original caps....I received a radio a while back that had caps
placed under the chassis (not a 390 series) but also still had the leaky
original caps in circuit as well.  Got to get them old ones out of the
circuit...Probably knew that but it was worth mentioning.
