[R-390] R-725's with 390A tags

Bill,

In response to your note, I've seen R-725's with R-390A tags.

While the R-725 MOD drawings required changing of the tags, and both Arvin and
Servo did this, for whatever reason some had been re-badged with R-390A tags. 
Don't know the how or why.
