[R-390] Capehart questions

The ballast mod can be one of three forms, a 12V tube, a resistor or a 
jumper
with the 2 6BA6 tubes replaced with 12BA6 tubes.  I did the latter with 
a wire
jumper in the 3TF7 socket.  No harm to the set and it works well. 
 Cleaning is
tedious, but has to be done.
