[R-390] eBay advice

YES, I had a guy return my bank check and refuse to sell. It was for 3 
seperate sales and the instructions from HIM said bank check ok. So he gave 
me 3 negatives and said I didnt follow directions. I feel I should email all 
his prospective buyers and warn them. I had an almost perfect score until 
this guy came along. And like you say, eBay wont do anything about it. Even 
getting hold of anyone in eBay to complain is almost impossible. Its like a 
phantom company thats just runs by itself. John
