Remember that if you do use the feedback method, you are limited in space. Write down your comments on paper first so you can get you idea across. Run your words together with first letter capitals to break up the words.
The ultimate solution I saw was somebody that left Negative feedback for a bad deal. His feedback contained a web page address. There he had the sale page, emails, and pix of the received garbage. Got the idea across for sure.

I just won a sale for a HP-410C,Ac probe and manual. Seller is in Virginia, item in Washington state. Didn't state that in the sale. When I got the shipping fee, I inquired about him ever seeing the item. He got PO'd and called the sale off. I guess he wanted more for it.
Once I left a Neutral for no sale I opened myself up for a retaliatory Neutral on my record. Ebay does nothing about it even though there was no transaction.
Watch yourself there as my item was only for $34.xx. and now I have an undeserved mark.
