Yes. Usually happens in the latter part of August when prices 
take a near vertical nose-dive for about 4 weeks. Most of the 
bidders take a vacation about that time.

At least the HRO-60 w/coils which recently went for $60.00 got 
to the guy who won it and he was very happy with it...needless 
to say....
