Yup. Just happened to me with a AC voltmeter that went for $7.32. I wrote
the guy 3 times with no response. Now, I find that the creep gave me a bad
rating on e-pay for not buying the thing. Time for me to do some of my own
ratings....and it ain't going to be pretty.
