[R-390] Monitoring Times, August 2003

Rachel is pretty responsive to ideas about new articles.

They already have standing departments for new gadgets, etc.  My latest article
was a wildcard for them. I think she would be more than receptive to a well
written 390 family article.

Back in the day (early 80s), MT routinely mentioned 51J's and 390's.  I am a
charter subscriber from the tabloid days of MT.  There was some good old stuff
in those early issues.
